Jieao Jia joined Prof. Weiyi Pan’s group at National University of Singapore as a Master student in December 2025. His research focuses on electrodialysis for monovalent and divalent ions separation. My current research focus is on electrodialysis for monovalent and divalent ions separation.

Before joining NUS, Jieao earned his B.Eng. from Qingdao University of Technology in June 2025. During his B.Eng., he conducted research on combined effect of microbes and microplastics on antibiotics degradation.

Outside of work, Jieao is passionate about traveling and exploring diverse cuisines.
