WANG Zihan joined Prof. PAN Weiyi’s research group at the National University of Singapore in August 2026 as a Master’s student. His research focuses on electrochemical ion pumps for resource recovery.

Before joining NUS, Zihan received his B.Eng. from Yantai University in June 2026. During his undergraduate studies, he conducted research on the bioremediation of contaminated wastewater and the ecological impacts of microplastic pollution in coastal environments.

Outside the lab, he enjoys working out and playing basketball.
